Andrew McNeil was born in Toledo, Ohio then raised in the East Neuk of Fife.

 

Educated at Waid Academy then Edinburgh University and Jordanhill College, I am a writer and poet or Makar who is a primary teacher in Fife.

 

I have been a union activist and believe that the professional and creative process or person go together.
