Peter A. works mostly on the page but sometimes in live and recorded performance. Poetry being his primary means of literary expression, he was honoured to emerge as First Prize Winner in Paisley’s 2016 Spree for All Fringe Festival Poetry Competition.

Recently he has begun to develop short fiction and creative non-fiction to sit alongside a growing store of poetry. His work has featured in online magazines and film poems but mainly in paper publications which include Laldy, Spindrift, Poems for Grenfell Tower, A Kist of Thistles and the Dove Tales Scotland anthologies, A Kind of Stupidity and Bridges or Walls?
