Jan Little is a retired English instructor/journalist who writes poetry, short stories, and a fantasy series.
Adelaide Literary Journal published one of her poems in 2018 and New Millennium Writings and Beyond Borders, International, have awarded her honourable mention in poetry contests in 2019.
She is a member of the Florida Writers Association and lives in Orlando, Florida, where she is an activist with the League of Women Voters. In particular, they worked to get people who've served time for nonviolent crimes regain their voting rights.
The legislature in Florida has added onto the amendment (six million Floridians voted to give them their rights back) that the people with the least money must pay fines/restitution before they can vote again.
