Martin Stepek is a second-generation Polish-Scot, a poet, teacher-author on mindfulness, and an artist.
He has published four volumes of poetry, and six books on mindfulness.
Wearing a different hat, he is an authority on family-owned businesses.
He lives in Hamilton.
